Many of us have slides we've created for classes, workshops, and trainings that could easily be reworked into video tutorials that can be shared in more contexts. 

I'll compare the built-in features of different presentation tools, cover my favorite visual resources/design tips, and describe learning theory that applies to creating short instructional videos.
